Shipping policy

Orders are usually fulfilled no later than the first business day following purchase - unless otherwise noted on our website or online store. However, on occasion, we need to reach the customer to verify accuracy of their order and/or shipping address. In those circumstances, we may hold your order until we successfully resolve any order or shipping questions.  We use the contact information you provide on your order, including email address and phone number, so please be sure your contact information is correct and up-to-date.  (Third Party payment services will sometimes populate your profile information automatically, so be sure to verify what information is tied to your order once placed and contact us immediately with any changes.)

If choosing USPS delivery services, please be sure that USPS delivers to the address you provide and that the delivery location is "safe and secure" to receive USPS mail. We are not responsible for stolen orders once USPS has indicated they have delivered.
